Your role:

  • 5 GP Sessions Monday and Friday all day and Thursday morning
  • Thursday on call
  • You will only see most relevant patients
  • You will be supported by a highly skilled nursing team and attached team of MDT’s
  • You’ll work alongside professionals, with expertise in a range of different areas
  • Patient facing, rather than telephone heavy
  • Flexibility and support with regards to how you structure your sessions
