Residents in Solihull are invited to find out more about their local healthcare commissioners’ plans for future services.
Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), which is led by local doctors, nurses and residents and funds healthcare services across the borough, is holding its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 15 July.
The event is being held at Cranmore Park, Cranmore Avenue, Shirley starting at 1.30pm. Before the meeting begins, there will be a number of information stalls promoting activities and projects involving the CCG and Solihull Council including public health.
Members of the governing body will present the CCG’s 2014/15 Annual Report, celebrate the successes of the last year and look ahead to plans for the future. The agenda for the meeting is available online.
Dr Anand Chitnis, Chair of Solihull CCG and a GP in Castle Bromwich, said: “We hope that as many people as possible will take this opportunity to find out more about our achievements and future plans at the meeting.
“We value the good working relationships we have with our partners, and our Annual General Meeting is an important opportunity to share our work.”
