You may register with the Minor Ailment Scheme if you suffer from one of these conditions and you are exempt from prescription charges. This means you will not have to wait for a GP appointment as your pharmacist will be able to supply certain medications to you.
GP practices in Chelmsley Wood, Castle Bromwich, Sheldon and Marston Green plus Hobs Moat Medical Centre, Manor House Lane Surgery and Tile Cross Surgery are taking part in the Minor Ailment Scheme. If your practice is part of the scheme, they can provide you with details of your nearest participating pharmacy and an information card on how to register.
