Following a procurement of Adult Hearing Services, a large part of this is no longer provided by Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust (HEFT), which covers Heartlands, Good Hope, Solihull Hospital and Community Solihull Services.
If you have received a letter from HEFT because you were receiving their Hearing Aid Services, you will need to transfer to another provider.
To register with a new provider of your choice for your NHS hearing aids, in the first instance you need to telephone the provider using the contact details contained in the table below.
There are also links to the location of the providers to help you find the one closest to you.
Please use the telephone numbers in the table below and do not contact the stores directly.
Once you have registered with them your new AQP Audiology provider will take on the responsibility of your continued aftercare.
Please see NHS Choices website for general information on hearing loss here.
