Join us at one of our forthcoming workshops to help test, challenge and shape the future commissioning directions of the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) across Birmingham & Solihull.
These events are an opportunity for the public, our patients, service providers and wider partners to learn more about our direction of travel, our key workstream areas and our commissioning intentions for 2017-2019.
This year we are hosting our workshops collectively in parallel with the development of a new commissioning organisation for Birmingham & Solihull and the emerging Sustainability & Transformation Plan (STP).
Our facilitated sessions aim to help provide a better understanding of the key challenges ahead and to take on your views and ideas around the following topic areas:
- Enhanced General Practice & Long term conditions
- Urgent care
- Children & young people
- Maternity & newborn
- Mental health
- Sustainable high quality acute secondary/tertiary services
The sessions will be informal but structured, allowing you to question and discuss the topics in small groups and with staff from across the three CCGs. There will also be time after the event to pick up any further questions in more detail.
The feedback, ideas and suggestions from these sessions will feed into our operational planning for 2017-19.
The Solihull workshop will be held on:
Tuesday 15th November 2016, 12.30pm-3.15pm at The Renewal Centre, Solihull, B91 2JR.
