Solihull CCG is made up of 32 GP practices, that have organised themselves in two locality groups, Solis and Sirius.
The CCG Localities and practices continue to develop, learn and strive to provide high quality services to their patients and the CCG staff see their role as supporting this development.
The aim of our High Quality Primary Care programme is to support practices in delivering patient-centred care which is of consistently high quality. We will do this by empowering and supporting practices to develop appropriate ways of implementing best practice, defined either by national standards or by locally agreed quality standards and pathways. Where necessary, we will provide support to the practices to change the service model so it is fit for the future and able to consistently and equitably deliver high quality services to Solihull CCG patients.
